What triggered the case?

A failure, opportunity, deadline, repeated manual task, customer obstacle, security concern, integration gap, or system that has become unsafe to change.

02 / PEOPLE

Who performs and approves the task?

Include Poland-facing users, operators, support, business owner, technical owner, Polish content reviewer, vendors, advisers, and release authority.

03 / RECORDS

Which information crosses systems?

Name the source of truth, duplicates, identifiers, personal data, documents, payments, messages, analytics, exports, and backups involved.

04 / FIXTURES

What must be tested for Poland?

Approved Polish terminology, formats, PLN behavior, identifiers only when necessary, privacy choices, accessibility, provider failures, and recovery.

05 / ACCESS

Who controls the environment?

List source, hosting, domains, databases, vendor accounts, deployment, credentials custody, and any approval required before inspection.

06 / CONSTRAINTS

What cannot change?

Protect uptime, data, current customer behavior, staged work, active measurements, vendor commitments, support windows, and regulated decisions.

07 / PROOF

What closes the case?

Define the success path, important exception, live verification, operator acceptance, backup, rollback, documentation, and outstanding-risk owner.
