RELEASE PROTOCOL / PL–R

Every production change needs a before, an after, and a way back.

Remote delivery works when decisions and evidence cross the time-zone boundary without being trapped in calls. Poland is normally six hours ahead of Georgia, creating a useful Polish-afternoon and US-morning review window.

BASELINE

Capture the current truth

Inventory the live route, source authority, data ownership, integrations, access, deployment, known failures, logs, backup, and current user workaround.

OUTPUT / protected starting point
CHANGE SET

Define the smallest complete correction

Write the user behavior, Poland fixtures, exclusions, decision owners, evidence, risk, and rollback before implementation begins.

OUTPUT / reviewable scope
EXCEPTIONS

Exercise the states people usually skip

Test invalid Polish text, denied consent, expired access, duplicate submission, vendor delay, broken connection, partial migration, inaccessible error, and failed restoration.

OUTPUT / failure evidence
RELEASE

Prove the public or operating result

Validate the production journey, metadata where public, analytics boundaries, performance, accessibility, security basics, record integrity, and rollback availability.

OUTPUT / signed technical record
HANDOFF

Transfer operation, not only files

Document routine tasks, alerts, credentials custody, support escalation, unresolved risk, vendor changes, recovery, and the person who maintains local content.

OUTPUT / owned system

Language of record

English unless the scope says otherwise.

Faith Forge Labs has no office in Poland. Translation-assisted Polish material can be prepared only with a named approver; technical documentation, meetings, contracts, and final handoff remain in English unless a separate written arrangement defines another process.

Start by preserving what cannot be recreated.

Bring the current release method and backup proof along with the desired change.
