Checks may consider who controls the client, participating banks and suppliers, the proposed technology and destination, who will use it, how it will be used, and how funds will travel.
Approval is explicit
English is the default working record. Polish copy requires an agreed reviewer. Machine or assisted translation is not treated as native approval.

There is no guarantee of search visibility, revenue, approval, licensing, provider availability, certification, adoption, market access, or project success.
Instrumentation is narrow evidence
The Poland-specific analytics setup and contact-action events only demonstrate configured measurement. They cannot prove consent, causation, a customer, or business value.
Mark the conclusion that needs an outside signer.
Do not build past that point until the source, applicability, owner, and approved instruction are recorded.
