A redesign may be needed because the site is difficult to edit, awkward on a phone or unclear about the business. We examine the existing customer journeys and content before proposing what should change.
Keep the useful history
For a Poland project, the inventory can include service pages, product documents, Polish and English content and important existing links. Available search and usage evidence can inform decisions, with missing data recorded as a limitation.
We agree which pages remain, merge or retire and map old addresses to relevant destinations. Orders, accounts and other live application records need an explicit migration plan separate from public copy.
Plan the last changes as well as the first preview
Editors need a clear content-freeze arrangement, including urgent corrections. The project can include a private preview, content move, redirects, recovery plan and checks after publication. Acceptance follows the tasks the site must support.
The business approves its information and claims. Translation and regulated content require suitable review. A new visual design does not establish accessibility compliance or preserve search performance by itself.
Bring the site address, current platform and update responsibilities. Read planning a content freeze and retiring product pages, or discuss a redesign.
