An integration can reduce repeated entry between a website, store, customer system and accounting platform. It needs an agreed answer when records conflict, a provider is unavailable or a confirmation arrives late.
Define the record and its owner
We map which system supplies each field, which identifier follows the transaction and who can correct an error. Potential work includes supported APIs, scheduled data exchange, webhook processing and staff exception views.
For Poland projects involving invoicing or KSeF, the accountant must confirm the business requirements and approved workflow. We provide software implementation, not tax interpretation or accounting certification. Provider capabilities, account permissions and current documentation are checked during scoping.
Design the recovery path
A waiting or rejected record should be visible to the person who can act. Safe retries and reconciliation are part of the design; a successful one-record demonstration does not cover the operational process.
We separate test and production access where supported and use representative cases before activation. Real data, credentials and legal responsibilities require an agreed handling process.
Read KSeF planning questions and rejected accounting records. Bring your tool names and an anonymised transaction to an integration enquiry.
